    The ledger

    LORE already had the archive. I asked it for my own identities and put the count on this site: 12,024 commits, 153 repos, 2010 through yesterday. The career is older than the index. The employer names stay off the page.

    TanStack Start on Node 26, a forge palette lifted from Wendlemire and then cleaned up, hosted as a container next to the game server. Shared Caddy. No CMS. If the copy reads like an ADR, that is on purpose.

    Determinism as a boot check

    Wendlemire.Server will not come up if CombatReplay.AssertDeterministic() fails. The cheapest time to learn the sim drifted is before players do.

    Observers, not actors

    A persona with flavour copy still needs a contract. Lortimus comments. It does not dispatch, approve, waive, or merge. Drift tests keep the strings honest.
